The Sea

This is a story of a pub singer's fascination with the paralel life of a prostitute as she tries to secure her singing break in a racist world.

Produced with mentoring and guidance from the Northen Media School for £2000 for the MA, we had 7 main actors and 11 Key locations to shoot in 6 days. We did it but missed two shots. The film remains unfinished. We managed to dress several sets within the same derelict appartment complex, which presented a variety of domestic and commercial settings. This allowed for easy production management and rapid movments. Directed by Jenson Grant as final Year project at The NMS.
